Parents at Covenant School (PACS) was created by parents and exists in order to encourage and support the Covenant Christian School community through service, nurture and prayer.
PACS is a service organization comprised of parent volunteers and it funds numerous social events and class parties throughout the year. In place of assigned fundraising, there is an annual fee of $60 per family or $40 for families with one student in the school to fund the work of PACS.
PACS both appreciates and needs volunteers in many areas. Some opportunities for parental involvement include:
The prayer group meets monthly to pray for specific needs of students and teachers.
Room mothers serve the Little Pelicans through Sixth Grade classes. Room mothers help with class parties and events.
We seek to show our teachers and staff that we appreciate them several times during each month.
PACS leads field day where our students come together in May for a day of fun and community building.
Covenant School seeks to raise money for our school through several different avenues. We offer a Book Fair, collect Boxtops for Education and sponsor fundraiser dinners at local restaurants during the school year. All of these events are voluntary.
